excellent image and metaphor. I've already saved the image to my desktop and will be sharing it with our leaders at next gathering.
what a great way to envision each individual leader, part of a greater cause, yet dropping into very specific and unique situations to make a difference.
Thanks for your reflection, Marc. It also occurs to me, as I think more about the photo, that we could show this to our teens and ask them what this image might say about their own role in the youth ministry.
